About ImEpik:

ImEpik developed a 20-hour self-paced PCQI Online course, which is the first in a FSMA series, designed to prepare Preventive Control Qualified Individuals (PCQIs) for FSMA. The PCQI Online course is an interactive, assessment-based online learning environment that trains food-processing employees for the global food manufacturer industry. This course contains material meeting the alternative training allowed in the PCHF rule, plus additional interactive content and ability to take the course at your own pace.

About the Institute for Food Safety and Health:

The Institute for Food Safety and Health (IFSH) is a one-of-a-kind applied food science research consortium comprised of the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the food industry. In collaboration with the FDA, we provide stakeholders with the opportunity to develop and exchange knowledge, experience, and expertise in the areas of food safety, food defense, food processing, and nutrition.

About the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA):

The Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) is a broad-based public private alliance consisting of key industry, academic and government stakeholders whose mission is to support safe food production by developing a nationwide core curriculum, training and outreach programs to assist companies producing human and animal food in complying with the preventive controls regulations that will be part of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
