ConnectFood Account: If you haven’t already created an account with ConnectFood, please go to https://connectfood.com/pricing and sign up for the free “Non-member” account type.
Upload Documents: Please upload pertinent food safety documentation to your account for the ConnectFood team to review. This includes any documents received from regulatory or retail organizations, facility or product information such as laboratory tests, and more. Please click this link to upload files. Enter access code “connectfood”.
Ingredients and Suppliers:
Under the “Supply Chain” tab in the main navigation, select both Suppliers and Ingredients and please enter both. If you have an Excel Spreadsheet list of your ingredients, there is an upload option instead. Please see this article or upload your ingredient information and we will enter it for you. Please click this link to upload files. Enter access code “connectfood”.
Equipment: Under the “Operation” tab in the main navigation, select Equipment and upload a list of equipment and any spec sheets. You may reference this article for assistance.
Good Manufacturing Practices (CFR 117 Subpart B): Login to the software. Click the “GMP” tab in the main navigation and answer the questions in the checklist.
Kick Off Call: Once most of the above listed items are complete, please send some dates and times you are available for a project kick off call with your professional services team.
